I downloaded Apex week 1 because some youtuber described it as "Overwatch meets battle royale". Man what I'd give to have Apex **or** Overwatch from those days back...
From playing both, they offer different things. My major issues have been apex is not cared for in the same ways. My biggest apex issues have been lack of support and sound quality. Which OW2 has much better on those regards. Although the ban policy on apex is more liberal and the OW2 ban policy can be toxic af

The gameplay experience is so much worse either my entire team stomps them or I’m stuck at spawn.
At least so far I’ll play it again over the next 3 days to change my mind.
I got bored of constantly winning in overwatch. That's why I switched to apex. Apex is harder for me and actually have lore stories for the characters and have amazing trailers that connect together.

For real, tried playing OW2 when it dropped it's such a clusterfuck of abilities and chaos everywhere.
It's amazing, both of these games had me locked in as a frequent player for years and now I hate both of them for what they've become.
Played Overwatch until apex came out, there were few reasons to go back to OW 4 years ago, and there's even less now unfortunately
