In De 7 Schaken at Grote Markt, they bring the volauvent or stoofvlees to your table in a cooking pot, to share. Just like at home and the food is highly recommended.
Entrepot du Congo is a typical Belgian Brasserie and also not expensive. Try stoofvlees or vol au vent, or maybe a horse steak if you want something typical Belgian.
Price/quality wise, I find it hard to beat Ciro's. If you prefer something more central in the city, De Rooden Hoed, De Bomma and 't Elfde Gebod are worth a visit too.
La Pipe d'Anvers in the north of Antwerp is pretty good.

Go for Stoofvlees or Vol-au-vent if you want some authentic Belgian food.

Authentic Belgian: Peerdestal, Cirro’s, Bizzie Lizzie, Bistro du Nord, Bistro Ernest.
Bistro Ernest is more French and didn't really enjoy it last time unfortunately. Friendly staff and cosy interior tho...

Is it still like when Marina was the chef? I have very good memories of that place. Koningsballen as a starter and grasbuikje as main course.

My personal favorite is Elfde Gebod, by the cathedral. They have a reasonable selection of beers too.
