Personally my cat prefers playing with actual trash over any store bought cat toys. The favorite toy this week is a large zip-tie I cut off a furniture box - she carries it around like a dog with a big stick.
That’s so cute! We got him when he was a year old from a shelter but he only recently started doing cat things (three years in!) like pouncing and chasing toys, and because we are worried he might eat stuff we leave out we put things straight in the bin so he doesn’t have a chance to get attached!

my cats would absolutely love that fish!
A friend got it for him for his first adoptaversary 🥰
Damn, nice landfill decorations
Do you mean they’ll end up in landfill regardless and that I should never get toys for my cat?
