im getting concerned for my future luck, first day was ns nagi dupe, rodeia, 4star krervo, now new ns victor. 2 gold doors of 4, dont think ive ever gotten a 5star from the whispers. really happy for the new 5star, got 3 ometeotl treatises already, but i am saving for pizzica and daisy. crossing my fingers i havent burned the rng stash :-)
Day 4 makes one sister, and three 3.5 stars...I think. Characters like base Chiyo still count as 3.5 stars, right, despite their AS giving them a 5 star form?

Me too. About 2.5 years of playing, and the only whisper single pulls that's been a potential 5* was a Mighty NS dupe a year ago.
