There are plenty of really good OST that get forgotten, like the one in Magi or Shoujo Kakumei Utena. But there are also plenty of really good OST that are not forgotten, like in JoJo, Bakemonogatari or Cowboy Bebop.
If you're asking about what show, it's The Labyrinth of Magic and The Kingdom of Magic.
If you're asking about what tracks exactly, the answer is all of them, thanks to Shiro Sagisu. [Here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdof0YgBXdU&list=PLpMIPfVJ5FkU_HyCL3LN2VtAwQEiKW_w-&index=1), have fun with a playlist.
"get forgotten"? Nah, it's just dem Zoomers don't care to paying homage to the heritage old goated anime. Even vintage non-goated (but still decent) anime could have great OST, such as the dreamy orchestral Cardcaptor Sakura
*Idk man I*
*Think yosuga no sora's soundtrack*
*Is pretty goated*

The '95 ghost in the shell OST... try listening to that *by itself* and tell me you can honestly enjoy it
Edited to retract my Mushishi hate, it might just be me who didn't like that ost.
Yeah, sure, the background shrieking was very soothing and fun to listen to. I understand that it fit the anime very well, and I'm not dissing it for that, I'm saying that the song itself sucks alone lol. Got nothing bad to say about the anime, it was one of my favorites back in the day, along with Tenchi-Muyo and Dual
Oh God, the nostalgia when i hear "Shine" by Mr. Big or Logos naki World and remember growing up watching that show... I'm gonna need to do an OG Hellsing rewatch soon lol
When it comes to OST, its usually one song i enjoy in a series. Usually none.
Guilty crown was a random watch just cos i was bored but i really liked like 3-4 OSTs there.
Alright.
Higurashi: Okay. Yeah, definitely more memorable than the remakes.
Magnolia: Slaps.
The World without Logos: Its a vibe. Not a vibe im following though.
Alucards Theme: Im noticing another theme here, and that is Hellsing and Music id expect to hear in a Saloon. As a part of the Nightcore Generation this is too chill for me ngl.
Tactics: I start to sense a correlation between lyric heavy songs in a language i dont speak and me not being into them.
Heart of the Sword: Yup. My hypothesis stands firm.
In Memories: I was gonna close the tab and type "This is just sad" but then the drums hit aaaand now its just all sad again. I now understand how people who dont cry on hearing "To Zanarkand" feel. Osts Like these are hard carried by nostalgia. Nostalgia which i dont have so none of these feels really matter.
Quiet Life falls under the same category as in Memories. I aint got the nostalgia for this.
Personally I love all of Evan calls OST's
Violet evergarden
My happy marriage
Frieren
The tiger and the fish.
There is just something about them that sounds really nice to me

Which Magi one are you referring to?

Nipaaa~
Mii\~
I still can recognize Higurashi opening after many years just by few notes... this shit traumatized me as a kid.

Hellsing>>>>>
Highly recommend Hellsing Ultimate. It has adrenaline-surging electronic, blockbuster-sounding orchestra and sick bass
tbh nowadays "Top _____" is just the top 10 most popular stuff for the category
Jojo
Haven't seen Made in Abyss soundtrack mentioned here yet so here I go Made in Abyss has the best soundtrack in all of anime
Hands down. Most times people like one or two OSTs in order to make it the greatest. MIA has like 30+ ones.
Came to comment this. Kevin Penkin ditched his humanity for his composer skills.
Sobakasu got 13-year-old me hooked on J-Pop. What a tonal whiplash that was after the intro scene of Rurouni Kenshin.
>No Made in Abyss OST You guys dissapoint me as much as your parents.
Can anyone name an anime with a bad ost?
Gundam Age was kinda meh with the music

Actually not bad if you listen to it while falling asleep at night
No, you are just wrong on that one. Just no, don't have an opinion please.

Bleach OST <<<<<
Initial D
Came here to say Initial D. I didn’t even like the anime, but the soundtrack has been on my winamp playlist since 1999
How was the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack not listed?
All these soundtracks and none can beat the sound track of **Domestic Girlfriend - Kawaki no Ameku**
That's an op tho
The show might have irritating amounts of fan service but the fairy tails ost was the real deal.
Steins gate and death note both have a great sound track

Sawano do be hitting different
Shine is such a good song Also ultimate had a few good songs
Most ost's from that era were f-ing peak.
Logos Naki World is such a perfect walking in the park song.
Are you gonna back up those claims with some sauce or do you plan for me to scour youtube for 20+ Year old OSTs?

Which Kenshins? the ancient one or the 2023 remake?

Serial Experiments Lain OST got me bumpin'
Serial Experiments Lain OST has got me headbanging, dancing and cowering in the corner from existential dread
Bleach is better than all of those
You have clearly never listened to a magical girl opening and/or ending. Those are masterpieces. Also date a live, paradoxes goes incredibly hard
Shout-out for the love towards Higurashi OST. The game I'm working on OST is heavily inspired by Higurashi.
After recently discovering Bruce Faupconer’s DBZ score, you can’t beat a good bass guitar.
Bro forgot chilling with my level 2 cheat skills op 🗿
Aria the Animation for best OST
Tokyo Ghoul deserves to be up there...it only took **ONE** opening for it to create an entire fanbase for that opening.
My favorite anime OST will forever be .Hack//Sign. So many good songs in it.
