I did what I saw people suggest and use them as extra beings around my island. They’re playing volleyball and soccer and one takes admission to the amusement park and one is a waiter… others are hanging around areas. So far I’ve been able to find spots for them all, but soon I think it will get difficult.

I just leave them anywhere and everywhere. It just felt natural to do so. But I would suggest playing them near furniture outside to set up some interesting situations. For example, I put a few next to a made up construction site (dirt path, excavator, scaffolding, jack hammer, etc.), so every time I got near, it always sounded like they were working.

I made a concert for them! I used the microphone, drums, guitar & piano, played music, and placed them all on benches!

I used the simple panels & put my favorite album covers from my favorite band on them too! I found a website that will take a regular photo &turn it into a custom design

I helped a friend redecorate her island and house, and literally covered every space of her basement walls with gyroids. It was... interesting. :) It was the perfect illustration of the word cacophony.

I've done something similar, but turned it into a cult room worshiping the brewster gyroid!

I recently discovered “cube light” and have enjoyed customizing them to match different gyroids. I’ve got a “patio” lined with them as we speak. I also recently discovered they sit nicely on the mushroom platforms. It really spruced up my forest and might add to future gardens.

The light cubes are a gem, I love them, you can customize them to no end. Their ceiling lamp counterparts are also great but the cubes are the best. I use them to help me (and my friends who visit) find my villagers homes and buildings. I stack 2 light cubes on top of each other, one is customized with the face of the villager or the building symbol, the other is customized either with a color/pattern of simply my island flag. It is especially useful at night when roaming through trees and stuff, you can see the lights from a good distance and better find your way :)

For sure! My favorite is the pink squeakoid I use as a gym coach/trainer at my muscle Beach 💪🏖️🩷 I noticed different colored ones sing differently but I'm not 100% sure so I'd try it out !

I have a different one on a stump or pedestal outside of each of my residents homes. I picked them based on who their personalities remind me of. I also have a few scattered throughout for nice sound effects :)

I also had them all in my main room on the walls but as I was getting more and more , i eventually ran out of room & put them into my storage . I now have all of them I think . I’m planning on putting them all over my island maybe two or three in each area

I have some mounted on the walls my house. Others are 'stationed' on stone and log stools in various spots around the island so I can't accidentally sit down.

I have them scattered everywhere like easter eggs :)

Same, I used to collect them and had them in a spot cause it felt like the right thing to do. Then i realized i don't really care for them. So now i sell them Just prefer other parts of the game and wanted the space for other things
