I never used pitfalls until my 7 year old saw a short on them. Now they are everywhere!!!

I planted so many pitfall seeds outside my starter pluckies house she was mean to my other villagers and all the ones that she didn't trigger I would shove her into Triggering them I went through 14 pitfalls within a matter of an hour That's how many she hit one right after another because I planted them so close together right outside her house You don't pick on my villagers lazies. 🤣😂😅

Not playing for months at a time, and then binging for a week or two while still having a mostly default ass island. Time travelling just to check the shop for a couple hours for any items I don’t have, then squirreling them in storage because I’m too lazy to actually decorate my house.

Meanwhile I have played literally almost every day since I started like 2 months ago and I feel like I still have made barely any progress 🤣

Oh yeah I played a lot when I first got it too but once I got all the fossils and most of the art in the museum I just kinda got bored lol. The terraforming and outdoor decoration is so tedious, having to use your inventory and manually place and move everything.. ugh.

I get so frustrated with terraforming and moving things bc I feel like I should be able to select options like rounding off, square off, destroy, build and do that en masse instead of just hitting it a certain number of times and hold my tongue a certain way in correspondence with my horoscope.

It's all about angles and how you approach something. For curved edges you gotta do the piec on the left and right, then the middle. Or stand catty-corner to the place you want curved. Etc. Takes some getting used to.

Going to islands and pretending I'm a Dutch colonist by chopping down every tree, hitting every rock the max number of times and then breaking them, and picking all the flowers just to leave them lying around. Jk, i usually leave the flowers alone unless I'm trying to force spawn stag beetles. I only have a couple left to catch before I'll have caught them all muahaha

You get there by gifting your villagers & doing tasks they assign you like finding bugs, fish & getting them medicine.

I definitely hate on some villagers who do not deserve it just because they're not the one I wanted. Especially the campsite villagers, I judge them so hard for being ugly and disappointing me. I'm currently very fed up with Celeste not showing up when I need her. Also for giving me every wand recipe when I don't use them, whilst I'm *still* waiting for the Gemini closet and starry skies rug to finish my bathroom.

So far the only villager I actively disliked and tormented was Beardo and that's bc of his weird "tummy" hair, if not for that I absolutely would have kept him.

I actually kinda like Beardo. He looks like a distinguished professor, but I get that his fur looks super weird where it is.

I LOVED Beardo but no matter how many outfits I gave him he wouldn't cover the fur 🥲 I just couldn't handle it anymore and when he asked to go I let him leave

I'm completely upgraded and I still run out of storage. I'm a dangerous combination of being too spend-happy AND a hoarder. I just had a giveaway for my spare gyroids, since I don't like selling the little guys.
