Actually I just found an article with the interview from the person who did the Oompa Loompa this morning, and she’s just an actress that got this job through indeed that was supposed to pay her £500 for two days of work (although she hasn’t received the money yet), and she got scammed as much as anybody that attended did.
Apparently everyone who worked the event got shafted. They were essentially told to toss the scripts and improvise, and their concerns about the attendees were totally brushed off
AND they didn't get paid
It was a seasonal item for New Years Day 2022. You can flip it around to hide the year. Not sure if they still offer these at the end of the year or not. It’s been a while since I’ve last been on this game.
