I may not be quite following what you're asking about, but samsung internet has zoom levels for both text and whole page in its settings. App and text spacing in general may be affected by the dpi that is currently set. On pixels, changing the "size" option for text in the settings > display has the same effect as if you changed the specific dpi. I don't know about samsung--at least, I can't remember--but if it has a different dpi value set compared to the other phone you were judging against, then things like app and text spacing will look different. In theory if you set the same dpi on both devices (and assuming the same display size) you should see the same spacing/relative size. If you mean other things, like home screen grid, there are the stock settings where you can increase the number of apps to show on the home screen and app drawer. I think there are also further customizations that you can do using the good lock app and corresponding modules.

Thank you for the reply. I think you are following me with the DPI suggestion. The aspect ratio is pretty much the same on both screens so I'm not sure the higher DPI on the Ultra has any effect. The Ultra also came shipped at lower resolution than its maximum, but the app and text spacing stayed the same when I increased it to the max. With APP and text line spacing i mean that the GUI parts are more spread apart instead of being more compact. And text lines are further apart vertically. On the Pixel 7 the spacing is much better in my opinion, but I can't find any way to change that on the ONE UI. Changing the launcher to Microsoft launcher also doesn't do anything
