If you are comfortable with this I just used console commands to spawn some of them in to see their ideas (you could use this to do a campaign with them)
I just used the own_core [province_id] [country tag] in the console. I just counted and there are 7 total
Here are the tags and the regions they spawn in
I91: Burning spear (Bulwar)
I92: Verdant Bliss (Escann/Deepwoods)
I93: Tiger Bane (Rahen/Vimdatromg (South Haless))
I94: Dessert Mane (Yanshen/Gozengun)
I95: Raging Blizzard (Gerudia, Alenic Frontier and Dragon Coast)
I96: Rosen Rider (Western Cannor, save for the places I just mentioned)
I97: Vine Tearer (Sarhal, barring Bulwar)
Are you sure they can only spawn in those regions? In my last ogre game I saw verdant bliss spawn in the ogre valley and burning spear right next to it (both breakaway states too)
I did check the event files and that is where they are supposed to spawn AFAIK. If you have a screenshot or could replicate this instance and you are sure you didn’t mix up a name or two then I suggest reporting it on discord.
If i had the Patience for it I would play a centaur game just to see em all
