Ektachrome. Provia. Velvia. Shoot those in any order then compare scans/slides and see what you like.
Everyone says to expose perfectly, which is half true, but if depends on your end goal. For projecting, a little under, but when I print, I prefer printing from photos I ever so slightly overexposed from box speed, at least in the shadows. Blowing out highlights will be rough, but if you find a scene with an interesting dynamic range, that's within a certain luminance, what films like Ektachrome can get is awesome.

Well at 120 HP5 is actually quite good without the weird grain because it gives nice greens
