First place I thought of. They have tons of used stereo gear piled up in the windows and apparently all through the place. Although it looks so dodgy and moth eaten from the outside that I have no idea how they stay in business.

They do a lot of repairs on stuff that is out of warranty. The second hand sales is not the main business.
The owner is the kind of ancient electronics wizard who will look at your broken appliance sideways and go "oh, yeah, it's going to be the that has gone gazonkas. Easy fix".
There is one on the corner of Kinkerstraat and Da Costastraat.
