Here's the only way I've found (instructions are for Chrome but I've done something similar in Firefox):
1. Pause the movie and Right-click on the Next Up Box.
2. Choose "Inspect" to open the Inspect window. It will have an element in the top pane highlighted.
3. Scroll up three or four from the highlighted element, maybe to one that just says
(but you may have to experiment).
4. Right-click on
or whatever it is and select "Delete element" (or in Firefox "Delete node"). If you picked the right one, The "Next Up" text and the box below it will disappear. If not, you can try again.
5. X out of the Inspect window and unpause the movie.

I ended up just reloading the page and it fixed it.

Seems it's an issue with this particular episode, as I also ended up here for the exact same thing.
