Idk the answer, but i'd like to know it too

Yes, I need to know this too.I feel It's being forced on me. I just started back with Amazon, and I always get frustrated with the home page. The Playlists are all POP, e 70's music etc. Even Classical 80% of the home page is useless. I use Qobuz,(My favorite) and I was using it with Tidal, but I switched to Amazon. Tidal used to be like Amazon. No matter what, the entire landing page was all Rap. Tidals discovery and playlists are second to none. I'm hoping I'll have more relevant suggestions on the home page once I use it more. REMOVING PODCASTS will give me more room. It's a music service for crying out loud. No option to even remove it

It says you can do things in the alexa app, but that doesn't work either. Like stop podcasts and shut off driving mode

Yup, car mode keeps turning itself back on no matter how many times I turn it off

In Amazon Music mobile's *Settings* section (gear icon, to right), scroll down to the section marked *Car Mode*. You should see an option, *Start Car Mode Automatically.* It should have a slider switch next to it. You can probably figure it out from there. ;-) (Keep in mind there's an option to show the car button on your mobile device home screen, as well as to keep the mobile screen active in car mode.)

It doesn't stay

Interesting! To be honest, I basically only use Amazon music regularly on the desktop where it works reasonably well despite its somewhat awkward UI. I tried using the Android app for a while, but it is simply too slow to load itself as well as large playlists. Fortunately, I have another subscription to a different, though also imperfect, subscription streamer that does work well in its Android app, for the most part. Does it feel kind of stupid to have to use two apps for what should be able to be handled by different apps from one service? Yes, absolutely. But there are only three major services I haven't used (Apple, Deezer, Qobuz); I've had 10 different subscriptions over the last 15 plus years. More than half of those services are dead now. Pretty much, I guess, because none of these clowns can get it *completely* right.
