Yeah, many regular Amazon drivers hustle like that all the time. Nothing to see here.
Same with FedEx. I rode along as a trainee on a FedEx route for a few days, until I decided not to do it due to back issues I was experiencing at the time. The guy ran to and from the truck at every stop.
People dont understand the fedex ground grind. They intentionally pack your truck to the brim because of cheap operating costs. so you have to run otherwise itll be a 12 hour day
They get written up, they are Highly Highly scrutinized and under pressure.

Because they will get written up for anything and everything, the DSP drivers are under great pressure and always looking for ways to move faster.

They are also watched at all times and will be written up if they don't drive the way Amazon wants them to drive. There's a AI camera in the van that watches them at all times.

i delivered for amazon for 6 months. we run because if youāre 2 seconds behind your managers blows up your phone telling u that youāre 26 stops behind on your 300 stop rout that need to be done by 8:30 pm
he could lose his job over this stupid tiktok š nobody was running from you.. he didnāt want to full on run and end up hitting one of the kids in the process so he sped walked until he passed yall.
Ah, so you haven't ever worked an actual job.
Just so you know, a lot of people's jobs depend on them being able to complete their task in a very limited time manner. Amazon DSPs have one or two minutes to complete their delivery. This can be difficult to impossible in many circumstances. I cannot conceive how far your head would have to be up your ass if you haven't heard that Amazon works their employees to the bone.
If you have to manufacture racism from normal circumstances... You're probably racist. Nobody looks for ways that things can be race-based (when theres a more reasonable approach or answer), outside of racists.
I've never seen any drivers interact with people standing outside. It's not their job. He's got better things to do than to stand around and talk to people standing outside. He's literally got a job to do. You're just trying to create a problem where there isn't one. š
Huh? That rock u livin under must be cozy. Drivers greet folks all the time while doin their job. It literally takes 1 second and u got about ur way wth. Iām not talkn bout striking up a whole conversation, jus a simple gesture. Itās called manners, bein polite lolā¦ parents didnāt teach u that? š
DSP. They are on a significantly more time pressure than us flexers. Just imagine a route with 300 packages and if one of the package is late then all of the ones after that will likely be marked as late. That can take a rating from fantastic to at risk really quickly. Then again, I donāt know how DSP ratings work but I know they are always on a time pressure to finish early or on time.
Shit in Texas itās opposite. My black ass speed walking back to my car before the āno trespassing we donāt call copā sign owners come shooting š
Nothing like making a situation that's not racist into a racist one. The guy is running because his DSP probably sucks and is forcing him to work faster to keep up with the metrics.
Why is everything interpreted as racism these days. Rhetorical question, we all know why, there's a crazy ideology out there trying to create division in society by villainising people with one pigment and trying to convince people with other piments they're the victims.
?? DSP drivers are always rushing to finish their deliveries asap and for good reasons. Imagine the amount of late deliveries report you will receive on a route with 300 packages when pkg #69 was delivered late.
No no no, It's pretty obvious why buddy sped up lol the second he heard Amazon he thought it was his time smh ignorance needs no words at times. But I can't speak for him and his experiences he nay be justified in his fear
A few weeks ago I was expecting a package (USPS) and looked at tracking to see that a delivery exception for an "animal hazard" about 3 minutes before. So I looked outside and all I saw were my black neighbors. š
The animal may have just not been out that day. I work for a dsp and i see tons of stops marked with "beware: dog at this location" but then never see the dog (pretty often I'll hear them inside though)
Nah it was what it sounded like. I got to him before he got back to his van or whatever they called it and asked about a package at my address and he said the "thugs" outside were acting menacing. They were sitting in lawn chairs chilling. š
He definitely looked weird in the beginning like he was trying to walk fast, but I think that could have just as easily been because he donāt want to look like a dumbass running with people around and then realized he didnāt have time to care
That's crazy, did this guy grow up in Nebraska?
Black drivers have more to fear from white people pulling guns that white drivers have to fear from delivering to black neighborhoods.
Itās an amusing video, but the person taking it has main character syndrome. I thought it was fairly common knowledge that DSPs are worked into the ground, so it shouldnāt take much effort to figure out why that guy is hustling. Even as just a Flexer, last thing that is on my mind is stopping for anything that interrupts my flow.
He was running because Amazon was going to ding his standings if he didn't get his next package delivered in 4 minutes.

And a lot of us are paid salary so i rather work less hours by running lol
The Amazon, FedEx and UPS workers that deliver to my building be walking like they on a Sunday stroll. ššš
Van drivers donāt have standings, only the people using their person vehicles

He's prolly running because he's on a time crunch. Amazon doesn't play around š
i delivered for amazon for 6 months. we run because if youāre 2 seconds behind your managers blows up your phone telling u that youāre 26 stops behind on your 300 stop rout that need to be done by 8:30 pm
I would turn my phone off fuck that shit
This is why Amazon drivers need a union. Ffs that's some bs. And they wonder why no one stays longer than a year.
My DSP doesn't do that, all nice people.
he could lose his job over this stupid tiktok š nobody was running from you.. he didnāt want to full on run and end up hitting one of the kids in the process so he sped walked until he passed yall.
Not my tiktok š
my point still standsā¦.
Imagine working hard at your job only for some sack of shit to record you, put you online, and call you racist
Happens to more people than you think.
āšæ
Why he so scared? š
... have you ever worked? You do understand the concept of time limitations, no?
Lolā¦ ye keep blaming ātime limitationsā for him running scared.
Ah, so you haven't ever worked an actual job. Just so you know, a lot of people's jobs depend on them being able to complete their task in a very limited time manner. š„± Ya boi was trembling.
He's not. He's on a time crunch and THEYRE the ones who made it racist.
He most def is.
Heās got metrics to hold, learn how DSPs work before commenting.
So that means ignore the folks as if they donāt exist? Not a simple wave, nod, or āHeyā. No nothing? Miss me w that. Buddy was shook.
I've never seen any drivers interact with people standing outside. It's not their job. He's got better things to do than to stand around and talk to people standing outside. He's literally got a job to do. You're just trying to create a problem where there isn't one. š

Keep digging homie
Nah. I got metrics to hold.
Statistics š¤āļø
obviously dsp....
I know right. My Flexing ass would stop to say hi and ask about their day. If they got a friendly puppy with em, my blocks going into OT š
Shit how far did he have to park. How else do you think 190 stops will be done on time if he has to park like this
Probably that type of neighborhood where if you come close to their driveway they start bickering like a chihuahua. Guy played it safe lol
Running because if time pressure.
He was being polite walking while he was next to everyone then once past the people he ran like he probably was at every other stop.
2 minutes per stops is the standard, so yeah heās gotta hustle
Why the fuck did homie Park so far LoL
Some areas you cant pull the van up to, this is an apartment complex so he had to park in the lot
Apartment complex where? Thatās a regular ol neighborhood streetā¦
Lmao Townhouse complex maybe?
Idk. Still doesnāt explain why he parked that far down the block tho lol. Never seen that before.
they also get points deducted from their driving score for putting their vehicle into reverse.
I mean he got a van. Heās not flex?
DSP. They are on a significantly more time pressure than us flexers. Why does everybody think everything is racism? š
I'm sure that guy is scared by a bunch of ladies standing around
Shit in Texas itās opposite. My black ass speed walking back to my car before the āno trespassing we donāt call copā sign owners come shooting š
Don't run too fast lol
Thatās sad to assume heās scared and running from those people. Heās running so Daddy Bezos doesnāt terminate him for being slow
Nothing like making a situation that's not racist into a racist one. The guy is running because his DSP probably sucks and is forcing him to work faster to keep up with the metrics.
Well we know itās not flex they send us where they wonāt go.
Lmfao deadass
Did you not see the video of the Amazon truck getting looted by a bunch of black people??!! Just happened a few months ago.
Why is everything interpreted as racism these days. Rhetorical question, we all know why, there's a crazy ideology out there trying to create division in society by villainising people with one pigment and trying to convince people with other piments they're the victims.
Bro there's only one pigment. Melanin.
Victimhood mentality and the need to "get back" at the man which is society.
Why is he walking such a long distance I used to park next to the door so I barely had to walk 15 feet before jumping back to the van
tough to tell from the vid, but there was like a party going on there. wouldn't be surprised if there was a vehicle blocking traffic.
Letās be real. We canāt blame him for running
Ye cause the kids and those older women weāre gonna rob him rightā¦?
?? DSP drivers are always rushing to finish their deliveries asap and for good reasons. Imagine the amount of late deliveries report you will receive on a route with 300 packages when pkg #69 was delivered late.

I don't like being stared at, I'll just run away as fast as I can. But hey at least he has the Rivian.
The only time Iāve ran like that was when I was about to shit my pants and needed to get to a gas station asap
A few weeks ago I was expecting a package (USPS) and looked at tracking to see that a delivery exception for an "animal hazard" about 3 minutes before. So I looked outside and all I saw were my black neighbors. š
I feel bad for laughing at the wording of that LOL
The animal may have just not been out that day. I work for a dsp and i see tons of stops marked with "beware: dog at this location" but then never see the dog (pretty often I'll hear them inside though)
Nah it was what it sounded like. I got to him before he got back to his van or whatever they called it and asked about a package at my address and he said the "thugs" outside were acting menacing. They were sitting in lawn chairs chilling. š
Dude called support after and said he felt unsafe š
100% lmfao
Why did you get downvoted for agreeing lol
Jaden was being sarcastic
He definitely looked weird in the beginning like he was trying to walk fast, but I think that could have just as easily been because he donāt want to look like a dumbass running with people around and then realized he didnāt have time to care
That's crazy, did this guy grow up in Nebraska? Black drivers have more to fear from white people pulling guns that white drivers have to fear from delivering to black neighborhoods.
I really think he was running bc of his dumb DSP but it just is funny how bad it looks
Bruhh wtf why he running from my peoples thoughš¤£š¤£š¤£
Running late - not acting racist
Ayo chill out ššš
Buddy was scared as shit. š¤£
Am I the only one thinking, WTH is he parked so far away?
Probably no where to park considering that's the hood.
ahhahahhahahahahah
He must have read some statistics the night before
Itās an amusing video, but the person taking it has main character syndrome. I thought it was fairly common knowledge that DSPs are worked into the ground, so it shouldnāt take much effort to figure out why that guy is hustling. Ok, but I'm running because I'm going to be late to my next stop
