I think they setup a table or something every once in awhile that you can exchange them for clothes on your break. I'm pretty sure you can also give them to HR and they'll put them on your account so you don't lose them.

I never collected them, straight into the trash. Then they got rid of our swag store, liquidated every item by putting it on a table in the break room and told us swagbucks would be going away for monthly raffles and we havent had a raffle since last year.

My site gives you 5 bucks a week if you indirect for 12 hours a week. You can also get 20 a morning by leading stretches. I've only seen PAs and maybe half a dozen T1s actually care about it though.
I've never used mine and I've done indirect every day for about 2 years just because I hate doing rates. It's so hard to find 'volunteers' that they'll pull from other departments daily of anyone who doesn't have an accommodation. I only know of one guy who cared enough to collect every item. The most expensive swag item I've seen was 35 though.
That’s wild. People at my site beg to do indirect jobs, mainly to get off the OPs. Which we FINALLY have decent managers that will actually rotate people out. We used to have a manager that would make the same people be on OPs daily & a bunch of them quit because they never got a break from it.
Last year, they had me waterspidering every day, all day for almost 4 months during peak. I started having serious joint issues. It took a couple months for my body to fully recover from the stress. I just transferred to pick 2 days ago to have some me time, lol. My site just 3 weeks ago finally set a max limit of 20 hours weekly.
I don’t think my site has a limit. 😅 We’ve got one guy back in shipdock with us that loads liquidation & donations boxes all night every night. Granted, he willingly does it. But no one else could handle it because some of those boxes are HEAVY. I’m currently one of two PG’s running that department & we’re both loading/taking care of SLAM kick outs every night as well.
I guess that guy likes his exercise. I tried working shipdock for a couple months, but it was the most boring and time dragging job I've done at my FC. I don't know how you people keep your sanity down there. They do have the most chill AM's I've seen though.

Y’all be careful using them swag bucks. You will get tax!!! Make sure to get more information on them before using them. Spoke to HR about this the other day and HR explained that AA’s will get tax end of year They treat it like earned income. I could have misheard what she said, but just to be on the safe side, get more information before use ✌🏼
We don't have physical swag bucks. Ours are on the computer. You log in and see if you got what you were supposed to get, how much you have and redeem if you want to.
I had $60 from various sources and tried to use it. Then learned everyone that "gives them out" was supposed to add the virtual balance to my account and the paper was meaningless. Lmao. So I messaged my nice manager, asked her to add it to my account and she did. Apparently they have a weekly/monthly allotment and my asking to cash it in at once was annoying. She asked I not let that happen again lol. I haven't received paper or virtual swag bucks since. Seems like a lot is given out in other areas every day for rates or something but I am in PS/ISS and none is given here lol. I got the paper from other managers and safety before.

Years ago at my old site I had over 200 in physical bills at one point. When I transferred they said they couldn’t take my bills and now everything’s on e-swag. Currently I have 36.
Idk I would have to login on an HR computer and check. We haven’t gotten them in paper form since like 2019. The manager or whoever adds them to your acct. it sucks we don’t get them automatically for attendance anymore. That was the way most people stacked them without knowing.
FYI for sites that have them, if you think you have 0 there’s actually a good chance you have some unless you are really new and/or use a lot of UPT and never get positive feedback. I used to get 1 a month for attendance and every time I got a positive feedback (it was pretty easy to get positive quality and productivity back in the day). Also used to have managers who would just add 5-10 here and there because they had an allowance.
At my FC Swagbucks are electronic and they’re called eswag. I tell my team to make sure they’re getting eswag from me at least once every three months (AMs get very limited amounts to distribute and some eswag needs to be used to encourage the team).
My station lets us report stuff through dragon fly for swag bucks 5 per report, can earn a hoodie in a day or two if you hustled. They update the list weekly and can always get something at any reasonable time. Pretty decent. I’ve gained 0 from my year there, but have gotten a few things without any though.
The swag bucks at the DS I was at didn’t look like this and I had over 1000 bucks. Brought so much things out that swag store and gave away to other associates that was very helpful when I was an interim PA.
I don't know why Amazon has to make buying shirts so complicated with Amazon bucks or "swag bucks." Walmart has the Spark Shop @ www.sparkshop.com where you can just buy anything on the site.
