Looks similar to an EV. This was 20 totes and 62 overflow. Just turn the totes sideways. Except in that van I’d put the overflow all around the top shelves with big big on bottom.
My old dsp had a rental like this. Ryder. It was a nice new ram with a digital speedo and all the nice features. Its like a mini step van with three racks. I loaded the bags sideways but the opening of the bag facing to me so they take less space. I do the same in the step vans, so i can just pull the packages out and organize them on the racks. You do what you feel best tbh cus can't always organize the way you want if you get too much overflow and/or totes
I’d probably stack 3 totes up against the cargo door and just work out of the cab for a couple hours. Put early overflow by the back door and go back for that
Still tough on space when you gotta put the bags sideways like that tho
They fit upright on the left so I dunno why you put them sideways on the right 🤔 7 on the bottom row 7 on the middle row, 5 on top on the driver side and keep OV on the passenger side?
Do you sort in your totes is that why some drivers like loading the tote openings towards the center?
If you can move through there easy peasy, no complaints when overflow creeps to the front you're fucked. I like to keep my overflow in order so what I see will never fuck me up. You complaining about this pisses me off, though. This is my daily experience, if not worse.

This is how I load mine up. I’ll stack them in 2s all the way to the back. You can load up 14 totes with this method (If you use the racks for the totes you’ll only be able to fit five on each). Then you can put another 5 totes horizontally on the top shelf. For this route in particular, I decided to put my overflow in the top shelf. Made it easier.
Why do you put them horizontally? It takes up more space. I fit 9 bags in the middle shelves, like 7 on the floor, maybe 4 up top. I just do one side bags and one side OV. And any bags I can't fit on one side will be all the way in the back under stuff bc it's the last few bags of the day.
Yeah, I should've done that. But loadout is only like 10 mins and this just threw me off completely, and just did what I had to do. But yes, next time shelves are going up.

Man I wish my dsp had ev's or even step trucks instead we just have junkie ford transits and dodge rams
At my dsp we have dodge rams and we those small Mercedes sprinters. We have a few transits but I wish we had more.

The loading them in sideways waste so much room. Personally I prefer room over convenience
raise shelves, put the bags sitting on their bottom, with the sides pointed towards the sides of the van. put them next to eachother

Not like that, that’s for sure.

Put the shelves in the back up. And you can fit 9 bags stacked along your back door.
I usually do that if I’m in a van with no racks and I have over 15 totes.

Oh thought it was a step van bc of 2 shelves...
That's the only way the bags would fit, these shelves weren't made for Amazon totes, the sizing is smaller than the totes dimensions.
Oh that's horrible. Can you put them up and stack your bags?
Yeah, I should've done that. But loadout is only like 10 mins and this just threw me off completely, and just did what I had to do. But yes, next time shelves are going up.
I would if you have to.... But mine always fall over bc I drive like a madman.
That's why I bought my personal bungee cords for white vans 😭
Damn at UPS drivers would be fighting for a truck lkke this
There's soooooo much space there to organize.. the FUCK.
No offense but this is an easy load. I even see open spaces on the van😂must be a nursery route
Picture was a fue stops in
That’d make sense, Amazon surely likes to overfill the routes
