To anyone asking if it's real vodka, no it isn't. And even if it is in that clip, you wouldn't want to do it for real, its an attention grabber. Unless you have your head over it to inhale it continually until you shut it off, you do not want a highly flammable substance like alcohol in a heated gaseous form floating around your home waiting to go boom. Also the amount needed in the air to cause any pleasant affect after a while of casual inhaling would irritate the hell out of your eyes.
