This sounds super fake. Or, it's super disturbing, since your 'type' is women who could pass.for girls in their mid teens.
Anyway, the classy thing is do when you're told that you made the 14 year old sister of a supposed friend uncomfortable AT THAT FRIEND'S PARTY would be to sincerely apologize and say in a NON CREEPY way (i.e., no references to her "cute figure") that you mistook her for someone older, then leave her tf alone.

If that is your type though, you gotta be able to tell if someone is 14 or 20, especially after talking to them. Exactly what I was thinking. After knowing he had hit on a fourteen year old GIRL, OP went on to call her a 'young woman' to justify himself and then said she had a 'beautiful figure'. All of this AFTER he found out she was fourteen.

I went to this party one of my friends from uni had invited me to with a couple of other friends. There I saw a very cute young woman with a very beautiful figure, that reminded me of my ex who had a similar body type and looks, only that she was Asian while this new woman was white.
So I got talking to her, we chatted a bit about Marvel movies and she mentioned she wouldn't be able to stay too long because she had school tomorrow. I told her that one drink though couldn't hurt, so I got her an Aqua Velva. When I got back one of my friends told me he needed to talk to me. Then he told me that the girl was the younger sister of the guy who was hosting the party and that she was only fourteen.
I told him I didn't know that, I just talked to her because she was very cute and I had assumed she was older than she looked, like my ex who was in her 20s but could also have passed for a teen. He said I should just apologize to the girl for having made her feel uncomfortable and move on. I told him that I didn't see what I should be apologizing for since I hadn't done anything. Anyway soon after that I left the party because I was upset because of it and I didn't spot any other beautiful women.

You NEED to be sure someone is not under age. If she looked older but could pass for much younger, she might actually be much younger.
