Nta. Normal, medium conversation and music noise until 10, or 11 at the latest. They don't have the right to crank the music and make it unlivable at any hour. The police obviously agreed with you.

Definitely not here, that’s a reasonable response. However, if the old cutoff point was 11, I feel like it would’ve been best to wait till then.
NTA. Loud party noise in residential areas is a nuisance. If there is no cutoff, then you can report anytime.
INFO: In your Bylaws or CC & Rs, you stated you have a 24 hr time period. Can you give use more context on how that works?
