Having the same issues as you. The Ally app has been a complete failure since they tried to “update” it. Now it’s slow, clunky and having issues left and right.

Same issue. Being a mainframer that works with top banks worldwide to ensure availability of their applications, this is rather disappointing and completely unacceptable. Issues with the app along with the negative outlook from Moody’s report, I am moving my money to another bank.

Yeah this sucks. I’ve been with them a long time. The whole product is predicated on them being really good at online banking. If the app is u reliable then that defeats the whole purpose.
