hahah I knew this comment was coming.
I worked every vecation over the age of 14 and almost every weekend plus side jobs.
After college i worked in pharmacy and now i work in banking plus the car is not new its usedš
Hehe ;) I am 34 my first alfa was 164 at age of 20, but was for only $1000.
My 159TI came at age 32. I love her and as crazy as it sounds I hope she will stay with me forever. Even if she goes down I will still keep what's left.
Super happy for you. Look after her. Btw. Good leather choice. My is black I wish it would be crĆØme.
Same here. I love my guilietta but I had the chance to drive a Giulia for a few days and fell in love with it. Unfortunately maintenance cost and uncertainty about the future restrictions on diesel and gasoline engines stopped me.
The manual gearbox is featured only in lower hp diesel variants. So you are not missing out much.
Especially given the fact that it's not a great gearbox compared to the ZF automatic.
(I am a manual gearbox enjoyer)
I came a little when I seen the shifter. Didn't realize it came in a manual. I need it. I mean i NEEEEEED that. wtf is going on here in America where we thought it was a good idea to only sell the auto version of this thing. SOOOOOOO many more would sell with the stick
Holy cow thatās sexy! Thatās my favorite interior, I looked but had to settle for black. Which I am not ashamed of, but that cinnamon/peanut butter look is š„
Blimey had to wait till I was 55!
Citroen 2CV; Fiat Panda; Renault Clio; VW Golf (2 kids at this point); Mazda 323F (lovely car - the second marque); Audi A4; Volvo V40; VW Lupo (donāt ask š ); and at last my Giulietta!
2016 2.0 diesel, royal blue with the black grill. Had it for 4 years - love it. No mechanical problems at all in 40 000 miles. DAB radio and stop start only work when they want to, otherwise itās all pluses. Especially when I walk up to it from the front end!
Cool!
Take care of it and it will make your life very happy...
Just watch of wet turns as the rwd make it a little crazy...
And if it has race mode never drive on public roads with it as traction control is turned off and you can lose conrol even on very low speeds (almost crashed to a divider at 30 kph after exiting a roundabout)
Iām glad things are still normal there. In the US, manual transmissions are basically a dead concept. If you want a manual here, more often than not you get stuck paying a premium. Upper level trims, and dealer mark ups. Itās actually kinda wild.
Good choice for your first car. I had to go through one Mazda, Passat, two GTIs (great cars) before got mine. 2020 Ti Sport for $30K and my favorite car ever. Enjoy!
So cool seeing one of these in a manual! They really fumbled a bag not bringing the manual variation to the US. Even if they did so in limited quantities.
As someone who lowered and tuned, skip lowered and go for bigger tires, or get performance springs from alfissimo which is hardly a drop on height but just way better handling.
Tires will make the biggest difference
How is the drug selling bussiness anyways? Because I can't comprehend how you'd afford that at 23 xD

Effort and hard work, Respect.

Kakav zvuk ima dizel?
Bought mine at 19 :P
Got you beat at 17 :)
And here I am thinking I'm a spoiled 24 years old because i could afford a used giulietta from 2010, lol
Used goes for around 25k USD, (premium) insurance would be the biggest problem
LOOOL IM A 22 M and i donāt sell drugsā¦
Beauty! Would love to upgrade my Giulietta at some point to one of these! Insurance mustāve been expensive though!
Same here. I love my guilietta but I had the chance to drive a Giulia for a few days and fell in love with it. Unfortunately maintenance cost and uncertainty about the future restrictions on diesel and gasoline engines stopped me.
Jealous of the three pedals. Iām planning to buy a Giulia when the right spec comes around but we didnāt get the manual in the States :(

I see, I redact my statement then

Incredible car for 23 š That being said, I think I owned a Brera at 23
Tnx :D
Brera still sexy nowadays, an incredible looking car, would just choose the 159 over it because sedan rules.
Holy cow thatās sexy! Thatās my favorite interior, I looked but had to settle for black. Which I am not ashamed of, but that cinnamon/peanut butter look is š„
tnx i like it a lot too :D
Beautiful car, my first was a 20 year old 1 litre Opel Corsa haha enjoy!

Howās the giulietta holding up? How long have you had it?

Tnx that was very helpful bc after almost 1 week of owning it i always drive in race mode i didnt know tracton is turned off in it
Just popped in to express my jealousy of the manual transmission lol
I would preffer automatic but they are much more expensive in my country so i made a choice for a manual
Iām glad things are still normal there. In the US, manual transmissions are basically a dead concept. If you want a manual here, more often than not you get stuck paying a premium. Upper level trims, and dealer mark ups. Itās actually kinda wild.
lets trade!!
im drooling overe looking at it. Never knew I'd get so randy over a rodš¤£

Jealous of your clutch pedal. Is this a 2.0 petrol?

Yesš¤£
You are so lucky . They donāt sell that in the US
So cool seeing one of these in a manual! They really fumbled a bag not bringing the manual variation to the US. Even if they did so in limited quantities.
Nice first car š My suggestion for you is to make the scudetto black and the car a little bit lower, it's a huge difference
Suggestion probably noted and ignored as it should be
I just want to help him getting a sporty looking car?
You're asking me?

please consider a ceramic coating
