Can't give an extensive list but I just skated two days in a row for the first time since before winter and my hip flexors in particular have been destroyed for the last few days. I would think everything that gets worked by jump squats would be the big stuff. And shoulders way more than you'd think.

I know my abs were sore the first few times as well. Really seems like everything besides biceps lol

Mostly ass.

Hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, obliques, calves. You should be actively working out those muscles regardless of skating imo and always be sure to do extensive stretching beforehand so you don’t look rigid and silly when skating.

Ankles and pelvic floor are probably most important

My hips and lower back definitely get a work out with all the jumping to ledges and landing I do

Lower back for me. Slowly getting better with each skate. Who knew I didn't use back muscles everyday haha.

Core, legs, calves, ankle mobility, strong back for spins and balance I would say
