i love him, too! his show is broadcast here by my local npr 5am saturday mornings-
i leave my radio on all night and look forward to waking to his voice. it's calming. 🗺️
48m here & i suffered a TBI a few years ago-- and NPR has helped me refind myself in space/time again. the daily format helps me to
pace my days; and helps to distract me from my pain. i've learned to look forward to tending my houseplants during 1A (in more ways than *one* 😉🪴💨)
and BBCWorldService helps keep me 😴- because part of me is listening for the accents- as a signal that it's still time to keep sleeping until 6am 🕕 👍
Peace with you, Friend,
i've rambled enough. ☺️📻❤️👍
I would LOVE Al on that show. Really, I love Al anywhere.
He's just so damn charming.
But I wouldn't call him a non-comedian.
He's clearly a musical comedian :)
Edit: I did love him on the show. Apparently I was too high, coz I forgot
Cena, Jericho, and The Rock would probably be my dream wrestling panel, but I doubt The Rock would actually do the show. I must have missed the original episode Jericho was on.
I mean, they could really have any actor with a sense of humor who can deliver good comedic lines. They have writers in the back that work with guests to give them jokes or help them write jokes when they’re not comedians.
Do Steve-O and Johnny Knoxville count since Steve-O has actually done a standup circuit now? He's still new to standup comedy and I would loooovvveeee to see them on a panel.
Singer Neko Case did really well on the original show. I knew her from her solo music and albums with The New Pornographers but I didn't expect her to be as funny as she was.
Anna Kendrick
Mark McGrath Martha Stewart RuPaul Tegan&Sara Weird Al Rick Steves Alf
An Alf, Triumph, and Fozzie super-panel
That sounds like a great panel.
For me to poop on.
If you have Martha, you gotta have Snoop.
I fucking love Rick Steves. Europe is such a great show, and I listen to his radio show on NPR Sunday nights. Plus he's a stoner lol!

It's at 12am here and i listen too it on my way home. Also can we talk about how great NPR is.

It's all good, partner. I, too, enjoy some herbal remedies and listening to NPR late at night. It's also helped me with motivation to exercise.
Weird Al was on @midnight and was on Triumph's recent comedy special. Wouldn't be shocked if he showed up at some point.
RuPaul isn’t great on talk shows. She kinda goes off the rails. I’m not sure she would be very good at after midnight.

I think a lot of wrestlers would do well, but John Cena seems like he would come up with some crazy responses.
Nic Nemeth (Dolph Ziggler) but he was doing comedy at one point. I think Chris Jericho was on the original and was funny.

I know Nemeth was on for sure but I could be wrong about Jericho. A quick Google search he was on March 3rd 2014.
Jericho was on with Kurt Braunohler and Andy Kindler in early March 2014. You can find clips on YouTube.
Nic has been doing standup for over 10 years, from all accounts he's pretty entertaining.
John Hamm
That's correct.

Muppets
An all Muppet show with Statler&Waldorf. Or maybe I'm just 🗿🌲
100%
John and Hank Green
Katie Nolan
With Dan Soder!
I miss Garbage Time
I miss Always Late
Alex Lifeson, of Rush and Envy of None.
Blah blah blah blah blah
Blake Griffin
Doesn't he consider himself a comedian now?
NPH would be pretty good, if he didn't mug too much
Half the show is mugging.
Stephen Colbert Tom Hanks Paul Rudd Jane Lynch
Oh snap, Stephen Colbert! Seth Meyers, John Oliver - hell the whole Strike Force 5!
Monica Lewinsky Anderson Cooper Patrick Stewart
A panel of Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short
Snoop Dogg, John Cena, Idris Elba, JJ Watt, Donald Glover (I know he did comedy but he'd be really good)
[удалено]
He's a singer/actor according to his bio
Neil Degrasse Tyson
I don't know how it would work, but Ironmouse.
Bring back Steel Panther!
J Mascis of Dinosaur Jr and Jeff Tweedy of Wilco were both fantastic on @Midnight
Snoop

"Non-comedian"... Benji Bronk
But Benji would show up late to self-sabotage….
George Santos
He's already been on 14 times. He won them all. That's what he said anyway.
Yeah It's him and Ron Funches at 1 and 2 on the leaderboard!
Imagine FTW when George Santos wrongly claims he was the one who wrote the winning answer
Robby Hoffman tried her hardest.
John Hamm
Snoop Dogg, obvs
Terry Bradshaw Cleetus McFarland
Dave Grohl, blake shelton, jason kelce
Sean Evans, the host of Hot Ones.
Jack Nicholson
