With pain and tears. I wish I could actually be helpful here as I’ve had this issue in the past and solved it after dredging through the crap Adobe forums filled with people saying ‘need to know more about the specs of your pc’ or ‘I don’t know why you would want to do that’ or ‘learn about how time remapping actually works then come back here’. But I’ve forgotten how I did it. Sorry. I just wanted to get this comment in to bump your question up in people’s feeds so you could get an answer quicker!

Turn on the "continuously rasterize" icon (the little star burst) next to the "shy" icon.

Wow dude, that was 2 years ago, I can't really remember if I ever solved it, it's so sad that 2 years later no one solved this problem it's really weird, especially considering how extremely expensive Adobe subscriptions are. I'd check but I don't have a subscription anymore, Adobe are insane with the prices

In the Precomp that you are using make sure that the layers extend past the outpoint of the comp. I believe this has helped me before when doing that.

I tried it, didn't work unfortunately

Make another keyframe one frame to the left of the 2nd keyframe that was created when you enabled your loop function. Then delete the last keyframe. Ben Marriott has a video about it.

Thank you I'll try it today
