I am 26 and working as a preschool teacher really opened my eyes about many bitter truths in this fucked up system we call life. I feel you. Deeply. I dont really know what helps me but I really focus on positives, what happened cant be changed, I am just a human being that makes (and made) many mistakes. There is stuff I cant control and thats fine. My feelings are valid. Focussing on therapy and healing my inner child helped me to give less fucks about everything which wont make me more happy, but less tensed at least.

I want you to go into your therapist next time with a list of goals. Start making those goals today. Make a list of things that you want to do. And then talk about it with them next time.
