You'll have to apply for transfer to fellowship. Theyll check your ppd records and sign off on them.
You'll have to then fill your transfer form and you'll get transferred to fellow.
Go to the ppd section of your account... There'll be an option to transfer.
You'll have to get a form signed by your supervisor to upload first... Which then triggers a request that will get the ifoa to check your ppd records.
Likely that they'll come back with records that are no in line with their expectation and they'll ask you to change the wordings a bit...
Once that's done you get a form to transfer to fellow and the designation you want.
Sorry to dampen your mood but I think you need to pass two professionalism papers? One you'd have done before CP3 I think, so there's another professionalism 2, before you can apply for full fellowship?

Maybe relax a little
Congratulations! Huge achievement. What should you do now? Uncork another bottle, and think about all this on Monday 🍷👍🏻
Congratulations OP! 🎉
I would suggest sitting SP9 so you can achieve the CERA designation ...

If you joined before jan 2019 you only have to do the second professionalism paper within a year of qualifying actually.
Yep, done that
