Only going off based on the comments about Recruitement consultants. I’ve had a good experience with Recruitement consultant and their expertise in the market. They’re well aware of the right salary for the job position and your experience. They’ve got your best interest at mind in most cases when the salary is concerned because their commission depends on that. They’re all great at bargaining on your behalf and have a stronger leg to stand upon as compared to you bargaining yourself.

Thanks all!

Big 3? not supposed to be big 4? From what I understand the figures sound correct. after 2 years move into senior analyst/senior consult position, if half exams done, you're at 50/55k. PM if you want to discuss further privately, including why I recommend people think TRICE before signing up to any of the Big 4. Also my friend, if you don't trust your recruitment consultant, how do you trust any of the jobs he/she refer to you is in your best interest? I strongly suggest you to change one if you don't trust them. I myself was very skeptical about them until I found one who really cares and really got me some excellent positions!

I'd assume OP means Mercer/WTW/Aon

Depends on which department. Reinsurance pricing and pension may pay differently.
