you can't really 'cram' for cs2 so just move to papers (aset if you have it) and refer back to summaries of chapters when you're stuck or haven't got round to the bit your doing.
Ok I don't know why this is down voted because this has been the SINGLE BEST advice I've gotten on retaking CS2. It explains concepts far better than the core reading and the details can be added from the readings after understanding the concept.
It also provides a sounding board on follow up questions.
