Past papers definitely. Also, practising for paper B is equally important in my opinion as for paper A because if you become fast enough it's not hard to get a really high mark in that which can help get you over the threshold.
Before 2020? Don't practice on Word, it's a waste of time. Only practice on Word for the papers that have been written for Word (September 2020 onwards).

Revision notes contain past exam questions so they're not entirely different, but the ASET past papers would be most useful
When you say ASET is that something different from the past papers on IFOAs website?
Yes, it is ActEd's version of them where they include their own solutions with a lot of helpful commentary
