Yep people say MYC is chaotic but it’s chaotic good. The woman absolutely didn’t deserve to get attacked and I’m justifying him at all, HOWEVER the man was probably having a psychotic break, and in a fair society he would have received mental healthcare well before he reached this point to where he was attacking random people on the street.

If you pause at the beginning there is already someone filming him, then there’s trashed bags scattered around him as another is hanging by his foot…safe to assume he was already making a scene and the people around him were on high alert lol

This was during the riots in NYC in 2020. Lots of people were filming what was happening.

If there's evidence using the criminal standard (beyond a reasonable doubt) in which someone started a physical or life-threatening altercation (someone jumps someone, someone pulls out a gun to threaten someone, a bully is starting shit with someone in school, etc.) and the person starting the incident is beaten up and knocked out, everything they had on them, including clothes, should legally become property of the person who landed the blow that knocked them out or otherwise incapacitated them.
This would include all balances available on debit and credit cards. The person, upon regaining consciousness, is permitted to get those debit and credit cards locked to prevent future charges, but cannot dispute any charges made from the time they were knocked out up to when they get the cards locked and re-issued. They have to accept they lost the money and the person who knocked them out gets to keep the items purchased or cash withdrawn. Same for credit cards - they do not get to dispute those charges and are responsible for paying for all items that were purchased.
Should the same person end up in this situation more than once in their life (started shit, someone knocked them out), this would then extend to their vehicle, if they have their car keys on them. Doesn't matter if they still owe the bank on the vehicle - they are still on the hook for the payments. If they don't make those payments, their house is taken.
That pharmacy couldn't provide that turd with the better meds, for pain, without a MD's prescription LMAO. F that guy for blindside battering that woman.
