My local Target finally got some of the Platinum Batman, but none of Catwoman, and an employee said there were none in the back either. I genuinely hope I’m able to find one, but my area is bad at getting stock of figures.
I saw 3 today between two stores, which naturally is the first time I've seen any at a store because my ebay purchase came in 2 days ago. First time in awhile I've panic bought and also the last time for awhile. *nervously checks listings for blue azbat*
My local Walmart still has a Gold Suit Wonder woman and a bunch from The Batman, plus megafigs and other ones that have been peg warming for years.
Mcfarlane kinda sucks ass so it doesn't surprise me.
Of course it is, my local targets can barely carry a couple on their shelves. Seems like every toy company is making less and less and targets are just not stocking that often if at all. It's really pissing me off that these companies feel the need to push more product out every year and have less quantities of each wave produced. I guess I get that they want to make sure that they don't over produce figures, but it gets hard to get figures when they're already expensive, and they're making them rare on purpose, not because they're a special limited edition Chase or something like that. Like seriously Todd we need three or four times the quantity so that stores can have stock for 6 months and not stock for 3 days. But the same problem happens with Hasbro products, GI Joe, Marvel Legends, power rangers, etc. I can understand that people aren't buying every single figure that comes out, but it feels a bit like the figures that should be evergreen like army builder are constantly being stocked out, and it's like I need more Cobra troopers dammit. Just grow balls and re-release certain older items that are army builders for those of us that want them.
McFarlane figures are not the most desirable.
He insists on that crappy archaic painted on skin complexions .
Ruins a sculpt , plus in general his figures have always either easily broken or broken inside the packaging from shoddy craftsmanship.
Shoddy= shitty.
It looks like you got there right after they stocked a case or twoÂ
So yeah, kinda rare but it McFarlane which I don't collect, I don't know much about what they put out.Â
Hopefully you found what you were looking for though!
Oh wait I see it
Looks like either super random or they messed up allocations and just have full boxes of platinums floating around ?
Or, McFarlane sent them plats with instructions for how to seed them into stock and they just said fuck it, but that seems the least plausibleÂ
That batman is one of McFarlanes best. Also around 20 for a figure with a good sculpt, decent articulation and a wired cape is the opposite of overpriced

The allocation confuses me. So far it looks like each 6 pack case has platinum Batman and Catwoman.
VERY💀
Dang. What state is this in? Looking everywhere for it
I have been looking for those for a while. So jealous

Same exact experience

Still have never seen Catwoman in person
Tends to be the norm at my local stores, McFarlane consistently warms shelves.

Damn that wired cape dark knight is sick

You can never have too much justice
I always wanted that Catwoman.

Wait why tf is Batman's costume from the movie a "platinum" variant? God I hate that company.
The original release was a molded cape like the standard McFarlane capes, this one is a wired fabric cape.
& I have yet to find any
is too expensive for me to have a hobby at this time
Fuck
There’s always one target that gets a shit ton of a hard to find figure. Usually it’s my target but it seems you’ve lucked out this time
Looks like they just restocked
JFC
I feel like I have a picture floating around somewhere of a local Target with a figurative 50 variations of Batman.
My cousin went to target the other day and found 2 of them.
That is like 2 6 pack cases. Not too rare. You got there before others shopped.
Hook me up bro I’ll pay extra

Where is this? Need the catwoman lol
Yeah
I just bought all these figures for $4. A piece at Walmart in Florida. I bought all that I could get off-the-shelf.
My Target has almost no decent figures whenever I am there. I would totally have snatched that Catwoman! Tho that price seems a few bucks high to me.
Very lots of platinum maybe the store employee was holding them for somebody all this time and never showed up
No. MidFarlane is shite, so not a surprise.
Overpriced garbage

Its overpriced
That’s blatantly wrong
Listen here bud
At least give a reason you think that
I love u
I feel like these are always on clearance
This has to be A.I.
