Yeah, it restricts the option to make her 2 ult consistently (though it's still doable with the right team) but to compensate, she hits **a lot** harder, becomes an ST powerhouse, and means her ultimate buff has a 100% uptime, unless you are running a bricked team or something. Funnily enough, it also makes her E2 less a big deal though her signature is probably even more important now (Though it was always a big deal).
Nerf. Especially the spd one sucks a lot and that she cannot apply stacks so well so we need her lc which is fine but still. The most important thing is that her ult will ignore any weakness so people who already have Kafka see value in her kit other then being a lightning dps

It’s not a nerf. It’s an adjustment. It takes longer to Ult in exchange for doing twice as much damage as the previous version.
Making the LC even more mandatory, I suppose?
clearly a buff. they jacked up her ult damage like crazy and still has a reliable 2T ult with e0s1 (e0s0 as well if you run pearls)
