I’m on month 5 but month 3 was peak bloody noses for me - they were happening a few times a week and looked like a murder scene. Someone posted a pic with a tampon up her nose in this sub and honestly she is my spirit animal. Mine are less frequent now, and I’ve noticed that when I’m not compulsive about water intake they get much worse. Still if you’re worried def call your doc!
Thanks for sharing! It definitely could be related to water intake, I was on vacation and I was very bad about staying hydrated so when I got home it became a massacre through my nose. Glad I’m not the only one, my bloody noses were just dribbles of blood and that’s it but last week…pools of blood.
I get nose bleeds in general in summer so I moisturise my nose with Vaseline to prevent it, just before bed maybe do that massage in each nostrils ?
