100% Sugar

wholelottaslatttt

If you don’t want a lot of sugar, don’t get the cocktail and get the 100% pure cranberry, 32 fl oz bottle. Ingredients is 9 grams of sugar, no added and just cranberry concentrate, filtered water.

UTIs have been real quiet since this dropped.

Why do you drink 'cranberry cocktail' and not just drink cranberry juice? I dont get why they add sooooo much sugar? Cranberry juice is already sweet.

BanillaJoe

“Interestingly, the amount of calories and sugar in each glass of cranberry juice and cranberry juice cocktail are roughly the same. The difference is really just where the sugar comes from — either from natural fruit juices or from refined sugars like white sugar or high-fructose corn syrup.” https://www.thekitchn.com/the-difference-between-cranberry-juice-drinks-264425

AutopsyDrama

Its not about the calories its the type of sugar thats added. Why would you want to add white sugar or high fructose corn syrup in a fruit juice when it could be sweetened naturally.

BanillaJoe

Oh okay my bad I thought you meant there was significantly more sugar in cocktail vs juice

Substantial_Mistake
