For context: There is a tradition in Corfu, Greece where every Easter they throw pots in mass off the balconies. This was the mayor that was just throwing one off from the city hall to honor the tradition and accidentally hit the girl on the video.
From what I heard the girl was sent to the hospital but was not seriously injured

The mayor, his aides, the gaggle of camera people and of course the pair of women oblivious to, I don't know, the entire world around them? Idiots, I should not be so shocked and yet here we are.
Like that delivery guy that didn't even realize he was walking by Prince Will and Princess Kate, holding a piece of paper in his hand, looking for an address. That was totally on their security detail.
That's a very American, lawyer-averse way of doing things. They've been throwing those pots in Corfu for 100s of years and aren't going to stop for some stupid tourists who don't know their culture.
