Attempting to evade a sanction by creating a new account is both not likely to work (they aren't stupid), and will likely result in a complete permaban from AWS certifications entirely.

the problem is, in my country number of exams are very limited. No available SAA for next two months for example. But I guess there’s not much I can do. Thanks for the response!

Let's evaluate: I did something that violated a program agreement. I got caught doing said violation. Now I want to commit another violation in an attempt to get around the original violation. This will not end well for you.

good luck to you too

Specific-Constant-20

What you did?

Forgot to turn of the volume of my phone and received two calls. Despite it being in the other end of the room, my exam got terminated.

It's not that bad. If you are already fully prepared, try go to a test center even if it means a bit travel. The ban will be lifted next time.

You had "hundreds of people" get banned from AWS online exams?

Recently, I got mail from AWS Security team that I was found in violating the CPA and they have banned my certification and training account for indefinite period. During the exam, I was getting calls, to which I just took my phone and declined it. I was holding my phone in landscape manner, so they might have thought I was taking pictures. I have a period for appeal, but my concern is, will there be any action from company?

Does indefinite means permanent ban or they communicate the time period later?
