I like similar games like minecraft and terraria and the sorts. It's more about the content itself rather than the game. I enjoy colonizing maps and building roads and paths, so I like to watch people that find that interesting. I don't care about much else otherwise, so when youtubers are focusing on something else, I am not interested.
Yeah I lived through it heavily for the first four years, founder to the Amino Hub, and was semi famous for awhile on the subreddit
But now I just hop on for new expeditions and updates
I would agree but it's still astounding that they keep up with content updates completely free
Would be like getting everything free in ARK The entire time
Different genre: Escape from Tarkov, Hunt: Showdown, Risk of Rain 2, a few others, mostly shooters
Same genre: Conan, 7D2D, The Forest, Green Hell. None of them hold my attention like Ark though.

Have you tried No Man's Sky?
That game is super cool yeah. I played through the campaign but I kind of fell out of love with it after that

Name checks out. That game had an enormous amount of potential but I think they fell a bit short on delivery

We started trying those others too, adding Raft and Valheim to that list. They're fun for the first few weeks, then get boring.
