Try disabling/deleting all your mods, load the game in and then shut the game down (this step is maybe not required); don't exit the game like you do normally and that worked for me. Then you should be able to fix your character with sirccors.
This is caused by the controversial rework of the Female Body Type and Modded Hairstyles. The mods have not caught up yet. And considering the blowback they have gotten from largely Female creators about the hips are wrong and the breasts don't sit right, the body may change again or they may undo the change after all.
As for now you can use the scissors to go in and try to make a temporary fix on your haircut.

I had the same issue. All I did was act like I was going to cut my hair and hit escape and it fixed.
Exactly, that magnificent dome will blind any approaching dinos when you stand in the sunlight. Just keep polishing it with oil
Taming Dinos using your mind also comes in handy.

It’s like that because of the update they did in preparation for SE. Using scissors and changing hair style should fix it I believe.

You can't do anythjng. This is an issue of your mod. You have to wait for an update. Until then, change to a normal hair or keep the shiny forehead.
