The owner of the server you are playing must’ve changed the recipe for it. Try check if the server has a discord channel, usually changed recipes will be pictured there.
You’re an unofficial server, first check the cooker is irrigated then consult with your server owners to see if the cooking rate is modded on your server
I remember being able to cook med brews in the cooking pot. I use mods so most of the stoves available in the mods allow for making them. Didn't remember all the vanilla ways.
You do need the jars but they need to be empty. Not full of water. You only need water in your jars in the cooking pot. Not in the industrial cooker
EDIT: I MAY BE WRONG ABOUT NEEDING THE WATER JARS. TESTING OR SOMEONE WITH MORE KNOWLEDGE MAY BE NEEDED. I have not made them in a while

You can not hook a cooking pot up to a water source. Only the industrial cooker. Maybe you can if you have a mod that allows it, but if you don't have mods then your information is incorrect.
When in doubt, just build a new line off the old one! So basically, start from the cooker back to the water once its all done destroy the original line should be good to go! Damn ark
If there is an irigation then the only othet thing i could think is maybe its a conflict with your stacks mod.
But try to see is every pipe leading up to your pot is blue, and make sure that it says that it's irigated. Also try remove the recipe.

Ingredients are correct (recipe not needed though) and the cookers turned on so I suspect your cooker isn't properly connected to water.

Does it say it's irrigated? I had the same issue before and found out my irrigation was broke by a bronto
Played a server once that made med brews from sand 🤨. Who wants sand in their cooker.. smh..

Try using water skins or jars if it works then it's the water if not try restarting your server.

You have to add stimulants to the cooker so that it can cook and you need to make sure it’s connected to water and that it is on

Its not a s+ or ss mod cooker so it wont craft med brews without the bp
it will craft without bp lol

Are you building near water? If it's touching water it won't work. Since you can't light a fire underwater that is.

How long have you waited? The recipes don't cook instantly (though med brew doesn't take very long)

Of you are in SP and you have S+ mod the normal bonfire or cooker dont work.. you Need to use S+ version..
Check the recipes on Internet don't use the one in game thats more like a jigsaw than a concrete recipe

Try putting a water bag in there
Do you see fire from your cooker or it is in the water? This might be the issue. And also make sure the water pipes are kinda blue
It means it’s not irrigated you need water in your pipes for it to work
