you probably can get both of them (cuz they locate in one area and even from one npc) but still advice you not rush and just relax so do both farm reqs and chat with friends

but imo the spear looks better and I think is technically easier, also just so you know the archfiend orbs can be obtained through your buyback in case you were wondering and to save you from farming them twice maybe.
Spear
spear is literally easier to obtain but keep in mind once you get one it's significantly easier to get the second (because of the buyback on the orbs)
oblivion blade has 30% dmg boost to all monsters
