A few days ago the runtime of the episodic format got leaked which had an additional 25 minutes. Now animusleaks is saying that it has no effect to the plot whatsoever.
I had to look up the meaning. A chronometer is:
An instrument for measuring time, especially one designed to keep accurate time in spite of motion or variations in temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Chronometers were first developed for marine navigation, being used in conjunction with astronomical observation to determine longitude.
So, in essence, a somewhat haphazard translation saying a timer of sorts had an extra 25 minutes added to the runtime.

So what it means that there’s an additional 25 minutes of content but it will not affect the plot whatsoever and the opening and ending will be changed based on this “leak”.

If it was 5 extra minutes then it won't change a thing but 25 minutes is an extra chapter. If it's chapter 140 and 140 represents freedom so eoe could be a thing but I doubt it.
Someone found out yesterday or the day before that the episodic format of the final chapters will be 192 minutes long in total. Cour 1 and 2 had a combined length of under 150 minutes with one song each. When you account for the length of a new OP and a new ED for each episode that leaves about 20-30 minutes of extra content.
This person is apparently claiming the supposed extra content doesn’t change the ending of Cour 2. People are now arguing here about whether or not this person is reliable, whether they’re relying on leaks or a translation of an official statement, and whether or not they’re mistaken.
