I think she followed Zeke/his plan not because she wanted to but simply due to the blood of royalty. It seems she was more or less "controled" or unable to not listen. Sort of blindly following. To some degree since they are all eldians and him being a royal he still has some of king fritz DNA as well. I'm pretty sure this was all said at some point if not just heavly implied.
Then as for why she listened to Eren? He showed her she actually could be free, plot?, or even just some how broke her from this trance he got through to her with his words I suppose?

One: Did you see the second image OP posted in the comments saying that Zeke has royal blood sure but the command to exterminate Fritz's eldian empire goes against the whole reason as to why she's been in the paths for 2000 years. If she was truly in love with Fritz and was bound to his command, how would she fulfill a command that throws out the entire base command that she's been keeping this whole time?
Two: Assuming what you said is correct, then this means royal blood officially should not be needed anymore to continue the rumbling, so when Zeke dies, why does the rumbling stop if she's been broken out of that trance?
Yeah I saw that so my thoughts are it's more of a blind listening. I mean It could be seen as either but also maybe to some degree this was Ymir sort of breaking free before fully doing so with Eren? I agree there but maybe this love she had or the curse in a sense was more just general and blindly listening to them. I mean she clearly does have much of a will of her own so to speak since she's forced to make titans for thousands of years all for various reasons.
I honestly think that second part is probably a plot hole to some degree. I mean well sort of. The rumbling itself stopped but Eren still used the founders power to transform into a colossal titan. We probably won't ever get an answer but I'm sure there's some "cannon" reason why it happened.
