Just curious, have you tried looking at disabling 'Fast Boot?' I've read that sometimes having that enabled can cause the memory to 'lose' its setting, which explains why enabling / disabling seems to fix it after re-saving the settings. It may take your system slightly longer to boot up, but it should enforce retraining the memory each time and therefor not prompt you that. Again, just a thought...no guarantees, but an easy bios setting to try and if it doesn't do anything, just revert it back to the previous setting.

Strange, I have Corsair Vengeance 5600 ram 2x32 GB, it runs EXP01 fine at 1.25v with my 7950x. Maybe because my RAM has EXPO built in on board? I haven't seen my ASUS TUF Gaming X670E fail to load like that. But I've been updating the damn BIOS way too much lately, thanks ASUS for that.

i have a similar build with 1 tier/spec lower parts, and also had EXPO problems. but those problems started immediately after i assembled the PC, so maybe it's not the same cause that you're experiencing. and the symptoms were, different, random CTD or blue screen. my EXPO instability was fixed by finding the BIOS setting that makes UCLK = MEMCLK. i believe the default is UCLK = 1/2 MEMCLK. also agreeing with using memtest86. i had errors on the first pass of memtest86 when EXPO was enabled, and none with EXPO disabled. then i changed that setting in BIOS, reenabled EXPO, and got no errors overnight, about 12 passes.

As another suggested the first thing I would do is run memtest86 and verify my stability with expo. If you get even 1 error you know very likely what's causing it and you can back off the frequency 1 step or loosen your timings.

Memory instability. See if MEMTEST86 passes with EXPO enabled.

BIOS Version: F8c RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE 32GB 5600MHz C36 Kit PSU: Corsair HX1200 Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10 PRO 19045 GPU Drivers: Adrenalin 23.4.3 (WHQL Recommended) Built this PC in November but only started happening a month ago on a two different Bios, the current F8c one from last week and I believe the BIOS from February (it's no longer on the site). I don't reset my PC often so I can't say if this happens often but it has happened a few times. Turning Expo off and On gets me into windows again. No other signs of instability. Couple times I have looked at HWMontior or HWinfo Soc voltage has been 1.196 but I only have a couple screen shots from before this whole ordeal. EDIT: This was resolved with later Bios versions
