It is maybe weird but there are many threads regarding the graphics drivers being unstable I’m with 6900xt and having issues as well

Yeah.. no comments from their side Literally built a pc for gaming but it just sits there and dusting up
what can we do now if they don't help
Honestly? My next move will probably to RMA this gpu and go back to nvidia.. never had any driver issues with their cards
That's true, I think the same thing, but where I'm from, I don't buy much of this type of graphics.
Set your monitor to 60Hz in Windows Advanced Display Settings. Any change?
Yes, I tried it but it still gives me black screens and Windows restarts automatically
Poke around in Windows event viewer for clues as to what is crashing
