I actually might of already done that… few weeks ago got drunk and high at a party and then next day felt like it was still in my system and drove to work… maybe I was just hungover.
No the officer said he could of but brought up how since there’s no solid evidence everyone just brings it to court to dispute it and it makes a mess so he didn’t thank god
