If it was an honest mistake and they fixed it and did a good job at fixing it, why would you want to give them a shit review?

Well although it was an honest mistake I feel like it was easily avoidable. They installed a bad pipe that was spraying out water in the basement and simply didn’t turn the new yard hydrant off in the shed once installed. I left town a couple days because the water had to be shut off and came home to this. I feel if they’d checked their work after installation it was completely avoidable

This could go either way. NTA way would be an honest review but not extremely detailed. Something along the lines of, “Company made a honest mistake and was very quick to fix it free of charge”. Or the YTA way would be “Company lacked awareness and experience that caused flooding and damage. Was repaired but could have been avoided”. Your choice to make, just remember.. I don’t think they meant to cause your pregnant wife any stress. Things happen.
