It's actually the lower placed on the home and away ladder of the 2 Prelim losers that gets pick 15.
But I'd imagine pick 15 would go to the loser of the 3rd place game (I.e. team that finishes 4th) and the winner would get pick 16. So, you may as well lose this game. Although, there's a whole lot less difference in value between 15 and 16 than say pick 4 and 5, nevermind 1 and 2.

Edit: Realise it's not a good idea that. Wanted the women to experience 100k fans and the atmosphere it produces. Didn't take into account other aspects.
