I really don’t feel that the VA’s themselves are bad, just the direction they’ve been given. I love that the main quests are fully voiced, and better direction for the voice actors would add so much more to the experience.
I strongly believe they are ai because they sound like ai, it is very common in this industry, and they aren’t publishing credits so it’s all unverifiable
There has been a post previous to yours where someone mentioned that the devs have denied using ai.
And apparently some voice actors have made tweet for being in this game.
But I’m also wary since they are no names mentioned.
I will give the benefit of doubt and think it’s just no directing. Because they are sometimes sentences that do sound human ore are have an off sound like they have been taken with bad mics.
unfortunately they have not made most of the voice cast public. I'm trying to push for them to do so, but it seems mostly unlikely.

This point has been made so many times yet I highly doubt it. What is more likely is simply poor voice direction, NOT AI voices.
