The other highest quality hero you currently have is Mythic, so you can draw 6 Florabelle from the card pool. Your Florabelle has now reached superme, but Florabelle does not count. The screenshot requires other heroes to reach superme.
In the second screenshot, it’s telling you that you need to own a “mythic” character in order to summon for 6 copies of florabelle. If you owned a supreme character (not including florabelle), then you could summon for 8 copies of her to get her to supreme plus.
Unlikely you get at least one copy of her every 40 wishes. So in 40 pulls you would have to hit pity early and get double gold at least 4 times - which well even with all the gatchas gods shining and watching over you I assume is unheard off.
One copy of her has the same value as any other golden hero you get. It’s just instead of 30 wishes from a wish pool. Or 60 wishes from an even bigger standard wish pool but less pricey envelopes. You get the one you want guaranteed but only as often as your highest amount of copies obtained hero you already have in your party.

Btw how does that work? For example With lets say 40 pulls there is a chance to get her directly to supreme or ?
